Private Classes
These classes are personalized for your needs and requirements. This is a great way to introduce yourself to meditation and experience what it is all about. There are numerous ways to meditate, and meeting privately is a great way to get started and find the right technique that works for you. A Private meditation session is great way to clarify any questions you may have.

Gathering with a group to meditate makes meditation easier. Release all kinds of stress and increase your balanced state of centered happiness.

Full Moon Meditations
Every Full Moon we gather to simply sit and meditate. During the full moon, the energy is higher and it is easier to go into meditation.
